UNIT DESCRIPTION

The Deluxe series 6-way discharge 2 pipe water cassettes are terminals of a hydronic system for installation in false ceilings. They can be supplied with chilled or hot water to form an air conditioning system.

lAir flow rate from 850 to 1,700 m³/h

lCooling capacity from 6.0 to 9.0 kW in the standard configuration.

lThe grill-module version 680x1240 mm.

lThe units are applicable for 600x1200 false ceiling opening.

STANDARD UNIT COMPOSITION

Aesthetic ABS grill-module, the elegantly designed standard ABS grill-module.

Air filter, synthetic washable filter, easily removable.

Unit body, made of galvanized steel, with internal and external surfaces thermally and acoustically insulated, with pre-stamped lateral holes for connection to a fresh air intake and to the discharge duct for treating the adjacent room, with pump maintenance board for easy access to the condensate drainage pump.

Heat exchanger, made of copper tubes and aluminum hydrophilic fins, coil collector with air vent, partial drainage vent and supporter.

Condensate drain pan, the high density polystyrene foam condensate drain pan, shaped in order to optimize the air diffusion, as the internal main drain pan. Auxiliary external condensate drain pan is also supplied as standard accessory.

Condensate drainage pump, 70cm max. head, with float switch and no return drainage valve.

Fan motor assembly, centrifugal balanced fan blower with 3 speeds motor, accessible through the air inlet grill.

Electrical connections, the main PCB, capacitor, transformer, wiring terminal be fitted in electric control box external of basic unit.

Electric heater, (optional parts), the electrical ceramic heater with auto and manual overload protection.

ALTERNATIVE OPTIONALS

-The main PCB, capacitor, transformer, wiring terminal can be fitted inside of the basic unit.

-The on/off control valve can be pre-installed inside of the basic unit.

-The 5 speeds electric motor with 3 speeds connected and it is possible to change them on site if necessary.
